Between Lines: On Location & Recommendation Systems, is a 210 page hand bound publication encapsulating my M.Des Thesis.
This publication breaks down four speculaitve design short films created for the Between Lines Project.
This publications serves to archive the films alongside the worlds they portray. The publication serves as a container for the 11 in-depth interviews.
The publication also contains my masters thesis, before it was published at the 2025 ACM CHI Conference.
A formal publication has not been required by the University of Washington for over 8 years. This project was a challenge to myself, never having designed for hand bound publication before.
It was an extremely gratifying project completed during my final weeks in the graduate program.
