Challenges with Challenges is a industry-focused initiative aiming to spread awareness about ethical issues related to design "take-home" challenges.
The first issue of the broadsheet collects a vast amount of information parsed from hundreds of websites, interview reviews and write-ups, merging qualitative and quantitative data, organizing it in a digestable format.
The centerflod contains two decision trees helpful in determinging if the canidate should walk away, or particicpate, and aids students in the preparation and decision making process for take-home and white boarding challenges.
So far, every version displayed has been stolen, proving that atleast some have found it impactful.
